This scenic 1,678-acre preserve offers 10 miles of hiking trails, including the 1.2 mile Aquila Loop Trail -- ideal for beginning hikers and children.
This 4,685-acre preserve offers exceptional hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Rancho Cañada del Oro has 10 miles of trails, the 0.5-mile whole access Llagas Creek Loop Trail, parking for cars and horse trailers, restroom, and picnic tables.
This 343-acre preserve encompasses rolling hills, oak woodland, serpentine rock outcroppings, and native grasslands, with blankets of wildflowers in spring months. The 4-mile Arrowhead Trail is available for hikers, cyclists, and equestrians. Parking for cars and equestrians and a restroom are available at the preserve.
Coyote Ridge is a dramatic and exquisite preserve spanning 1,831 acres. The property’s lasting protection is vital to serpentine-dependent species including the federally threatened Bay checkerspot butterfly and federally endangered Metcalf Canyon jewelflower. In spring, carpets of wildflowers cover the property, offering breathtaking views of hillsides and the valley floor below.

From I-680, exit east on Berryessa Road.
Follow Berryessa to Piedmont Road and turn left.
Go right at Sierra Road.
Drive to the top of Sierra Road. The free public parking area and equestrian parking will be on the right.
